After sales service
At Ace Business Solutions – providing after sales service is our key focus area. We have a team of well trained technicians and Engineers to carry out the installation of our equipment and provide periodic maintenance to ensure that our Customers enjoy uninterrupted use of the equipment and the life of the product is sustained. We offer a standard manufacturer’s warranty on all products sold by us and offer a maintenance plan to suit the product and client needs.
For our Air Conditioners we have a Maintenance contract where our technicians will carry out 4 routine comprehensive services of the units annually and respond to any emergency breakdown calls. For our Copiers/printers we have a basic plan for routine preventive maintenance and emergency breakdowns and a more comprehensive plan as well that covers all parts and consumables. We have a support desk and clients can log in their service requests via phone or e-mail.
